    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Four men, dressed in overalls, caps and long-sleeved shirts with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, are visible in this image. One man is filling a paper sack, which is resting on a scale. Another man is standing beside a work bench. On the bench are two large, full, burlap bags. Beside these bags is a roll of wrapping paper on a stand, and stacks of small rectangular packages wrapped in paper. Beside these packages are large metal cans with lids and handles. These are labeled as “Old Rye Tobacco.”  An order form is sticking out from between two of the cans. A calendar for “Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance,” and a large roll of twine, resting on a sign for “Lowney’s Cocoa,” are visible on the wall next to the work bench. Another man is emptying a crate labeled “Cream of Wheat.” The fourth man is standing next to this crate and is holding a clipboard. Shelves full of glass bottles and cans  are visible at the rear of the warehouse space. Rollers with screening wound around them are above the work surface. Flexible rods and wires are visible on a work table behind the men.
