    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[The Hammel-Henker Key City Roller Mill building in Dubuque, Iowa was located at 18th and Pine Streets. The Key City Roller Mills or Rooster Feeds was a company that produced feed products. The large building says, &quot;Key City Roller Mills&quot; and &quot;Use Rooster Flour.&quot; It is a 3-4 story building with a large smoke stack with black smoke coming from the top and blowing towards the left of the building. The building extends backwards with other offshoots of the building. There is also a building in the back that could be connected. There is a dirt road with tracks that lead out of the entrance to the right of the building. The building is 3-4 stories. There is a doorway up a set of stairs on the left side of the photograph and the side of the building. A man wearing light colored pants, a jacket, and hat stands in the doorway. He has a thick mustache and has his left leg crossed over his right leg and his left arm is not visible. There is a roof above the door that is held up by wires that are connected to the side of the building. On the right side of the building is a larger roof that is held up by 8 thick wires that are connected to the side of the building. There is an electrical pole in front of the building with wires and a street light attached. To the left, and behind the building, are two train cars, one with the word, &quot;Chica&quot; and the rest is cut off. It may say &quot;Chicago.&quot; Also on the one train car is &quot;241&quot; and two sets of stairs, one on each train car. ]]></dcterms:description>
