On the sidewalk in front of the house is an electrical pole at the corner of a possible street or driveway, which extends back towards the right side of the photograph. There is a walkway coming from the sidewalk that leads to the front porch of the house has has two steps up the the porch. The front porch has two, square brick pillars at either corner of the front porch and a short stone pillar fence which goes around the porch. There are three windows upstairs in the center of the house and the peak of the house is above these three windows, in the middle. There is a stone house to the left of this brick house, and there appears to be no grass and building materials strewn about the front lawn.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[A view looking west, of the passenger bridge across the Mississippi. Known as the &quot;High&quot; or &quot;Wagon&quot; bridge, this structure opened in 1887 as the first passenger bridge between Dunleith (East Dubuque) and the Key City. It was torn down when the Julien Dubuque bridge was opened in 1943. Two buggies, each pulled by one horse, are proceeding west across the bridge. Steam or smoke pouring from a smoke stack of the Dubuque Star Brewing Company is visible in the background. Portions of a railroad bridge built close to the passenger bridge may be seen to the right of the passenger bridge. The number 1048 is written a label which has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.]]></dcterms:description>

There is one chair sitting against the left wall and one partial chair sitting against the right wall, that is almost invisible against the dark wallpaper.
